Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Acute Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee central acute care operations and market-level Mobile Integrated Care operations
• Partner with the Acute Care Medical Director to execute operational strategies and expand services
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring the team meets KPIs and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in clinical operations management
• 5+ years of acute care clinical experience with pediatric patients
• Minimum 3 years' experience in leading and managing teams
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Registered Nurse preferred
