Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Agile Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies across multiple teams
• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and timely delivery
• Drive continuous process optimization and establish best practices for Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading Agile transformations and delivering large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with Agile project management tools
