Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Claims Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee continuous improvement of claims processing procedures and ensure compliance with established operations
- Lead a team in optimizing claims process documentation and developing training for the claims department
- Collaborate with leadership to implement claims system performance strategies and monitor compliance with industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field
- 6+ years of leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience in program management and/or process design or implementation
- 3+ years of experience working at a health plan/payer
