Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a client onboarding and implementation strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and refine client onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and alignment on goals
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5-7 years in a leadership role managing client onboarding/implementation teams in a B2B SaaS setting
  • 3+ years managing direct reports
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable client onboarding programs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using customer success tools
  • Experience in stakeholder management
