- 10+ years of experience leading and scaling a Customer Success organization
- Proven success in fostering high performance and driving customer satisfaction in B2B or SaaS environments
- Experience in implementing complex solutions and managing integrations
- Strong operational acumen to streamline processes and ensure scalability
- Expertise in attracting top talent and fostering a culture of growth and innovation
