Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Defense Capture Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of major proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and white papers for DoD and allied customers
- Qualify and pursue opportunities aligned with CJADC2 priorities, leveraging insights from relevant service-level organizations
- Manage technical inputs and narratives for complex solicitations, ensuring alignment with government stakeholder needs
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated operational experience in CJADC2 at tactical, operational, or strategic levels
- Significant familiarity with the DoD acquisition process and experience working with program managers and contracting officers
- Aptitude for building and refining processes for proposal and capture management activities
- Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, finance, and product development
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance
