Job Summary
A company is looking for a BU Director Environmental Social Planning and Advisory in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Unit towards long-term performance and client value delivery
- Manage operational and financial performance, including budget planning and competitive positioning
- Promote high-quality delivery and build high-performance teams through international collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree with significant leadership experience in managing a Business Unit
- At least 10 years of managerial experience, including leading other leaders
- Experience in operating within a matrix organization and complex stakeholder management
- Proficient in English and one native European language
- Knowledge in Environmental Social Planning & Advisory or Sustainable Consultancy
