Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Development for Federal Civilian Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute segments of the federal civilian growth strategy for the Science & Space Business
• Engage with prospective customers to identify solutions and collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals
• Focus on market shaping and customer engagement activities with federal government customers to bring new programs into the pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 30 years of experience managing large federal contracts delivering IT services
• Proven ability to create and execute account plans and strategies for new market entry
• Experience in program management for federal government IT service contracts
• Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and advising customers on their selection
• Demonstrated success in growing business through new contract wins
