Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, overseeing the client team to ensure value and insights
- Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll
- Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
- Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
- Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
