• Build the Global Renewals Function, including hiring and establishing processes
• Own the renewal forecasting, execution, and performance globally
• Design the renewal strategy and drive cross-functional alignment for effective management

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership, customer success, or renewals in SaaS or B2B environments
• Proven experience in building and scaling a renewals function
• Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and customer lifecycle models
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving retention goals
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on systems and automation
