Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems to lead their GTM Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GTM systems strategy to support business growth
• Lead and manage a team of admins and developers responsible for Salesforce and connected tools
• Oversee Salesforce architecture and governance, ensuring scalability and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or systems architecture within a B2B environment
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role
• Proven success managing GTM tech stacks that include Salesforce and integrated tools
• Deep understanding of CRM data models and SaaS business operations
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator) are a plus
