Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product, Growth to oversee user journey and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end growth funnel from acquisition to subscription
- Define and execute the growth strategy and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding and re-engagement campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in growth product management, including managing Product Managers
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker
- Experience in designing and running experiments across various funnel stages
- Deep empathy for users with experience in user research or UX collaboration
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly
