Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of GTM Enablement to drive sales training and enablement initiatives for Sales and Account Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enablement, change-management, and onboarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams
- Develop training and certification programs for new initiatives, including product launches and tool introductions
- Collaborate with various teams to design and rollout training programs related to messaging and workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or management consulting, or 5+ years in a related function
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role
- Knowledge of B2B Sales is required
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus
- Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred
