Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Hardware Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of IoT ambient devices with AI-powered sensors for real-time activity detection and predictive analytics
- Build and manage a high-performing hardware engineering team while defining the hardware and AI integration roadmap
- Coordinate with ODM/OEM partners for efficient manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of hardware development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in embedded AI processing, edge computing, and sensor integration
- Experience with hardware lifecycle management from prototyping to high-volume manufacturing
- Knowledge of medical device regulations is a plus
