Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales and Customer Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team responsible for onboarding new customers and maximizing their initial value
- Drive processes to motivate late-stage prospects to successfully sign up
- Track metrics and report on individual and team KPIs to inform strategy and performance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, customer onboarding, or customer success
- Proven ability to develop processes and train others in sales techniques
- Experience with SaaS, digital marketing, or other technical solutions
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new products and processes quickly
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot as a user
