Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales and Customer Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team responsible for onboarding new customers and maximizing their initial value
  • Drive processes to motivate late-stage prospects to successfully sign up
  • Track metrics and report on individual and team KPIs to inform strategy and performance


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, customer onboarding, or customer success
  • Proven ability to develop processes and train others in sales techniques
  • Experience with SaaS, digital marketing, or other technical solutions
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new products and processes quickly
  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot as a user
