Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of IT Quality Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test automation best practices and strategies
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders to integrate test automation into the SDLC/Agile process
- Manage team performance, development, and resource allocation across IT
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of relevant IT experience with 8+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with cloud migration, quality engineering strategies, and automation capabilities
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and performance testing
- Experience in managing teams across multiple locations, including offshore resources
