Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure high customer utilization and successful onboarding
  • Design and improve the onboarding customer journey while standardizing processes and training materials
  • Monitor onboarding performance metrics and implement strategies for risk mitigation and customer retention
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in developing customer onboarding strategies to enhance retention and growth
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
