Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure high customer utilization and successful onboarding
- Design and improve the onboarding customer journey while standardizing processes and training materials
- Monitor onboarding performance metrics and implement strategies for risk mitigation and customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position
- Experience in SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience in developing customer onboarding strategies to enhance retention and growth
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
