Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product for the Maternity Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the member experience and advocate for their needs
- Maintain and consolidate the roadmap for the Maternity Program, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the program
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- Strong empathy for member journeys and a passion for improving family health outcomes
- Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills
- Proven ability to manage roadmaps and track cross-functional dependencies
- Experience leading discussions with clinical teams or stakeholders
