Director of Project Controls

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Project Controls Americas Lead, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for Project Controls within the organization
• Drive business development efforts and establish standardized best practices for project controls
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project controls professionals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
• 20+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or cost management in large-scale construction projects
• Strong business development experience with a proven track record in client relationship management
• Expertise in cost control, risk management, and project performance analytics
• PMP, CCP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
