Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of National Regulatory Affairs, responsible for managing a team and providing strategic leadership in regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and identify state and federal regulatory guidance impacting the business
• Lead business partners in developing policy recommendations related to regulatory changes
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement advocacy strategies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a health care and/or managed care regulatory environment
• Experience in persuasive and factual writing with high accuracy
• Proficient in data management using Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Understanding of commercial marketplace and government program regulations
• Experience with federal regulatory agencies is preferred
