Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Sales - NGO to develop and execute a strategic sales strategy for the NextGen Office Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales quotas, profit goals, and product expectations
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to drive sales growth
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and achieve career aspirations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in sales
- 4+ years of experience in Ambulatory Software or Health Information Technology (HIT) sales
- Management experience preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare technology and strategic selling initiatives
