Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Technical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CTO, providing strategic support and insights
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve execution across various teams, ensuring timely delivery of commitments
• Manage operational processes, including goal setting and OKRs, to enhance continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering operations, technical program management, or a similar leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership at the VP and CXO level
• Proven experience leading strategic and operational initiatives in a technical organization
• Experience in driving efficiency and process improvements in large, distributed teams
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
