Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and administration of goal setting and performance evaluation processes
  • Manage the annual employee engagement survey, including all aspects from design to reporting
  • Develop and manage programs that support employee performance, development, and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a program owner role
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee engagement concepts
  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs and driving behavior change
  • Familiarity with modern talent and engagement survey tools/platforms
  • Authorization to work in the US
