Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and administration of goal setting and performance evaluation processes
- Manage the annual employee engagement survey, including all aspects from design to reporting
- Develop and manage programs that support employee performance, development, and retention
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a program owner role
- Strong understanding of performance management and employee engagement concepts
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs and driving behavior change
- Familiarity with modern talent and engagement survey tools/platforms
- Authorization to work in the US
