Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Talent Acquisition and Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strategic, data-driven talent acquisition strategies focused on technical talent
  • Lead a team of recruiters, optimizing workflows and developing talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide thought leadership on talent acquisition processes and tools


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with 5+ years managing technical recruiting teams
  • 5+ years of experience in tech/start-up environments
  • Extensive leadership experience in talent acquisition, including managing managers and team leads
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in recruiting analytics
  • Proven ability to create programs to attract active and passive talent
