Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Talent Acquisition and Strategic Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic, data-driven talent acquisition strategies focused on technical talent
- Lead a team of recruiters, optimizing workflows and developing talent pipelines
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide thought leadership on talent acquisition processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with 5+ years managing technical recruiting teams
- 5+ years of experience in tech/start-up environments
- Extensive leadership experience in talent acquisition, including managing managers and team leads
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in recruiting analytics
- Proven ability to create programs to attract active and passive talent
