Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of UKG Pro Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of UKG Pro consultants and project managers throughout the implementation process
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project expectations are met and providing tailored UKG Pro solutions
• Oversee the full lifecycle of UKG Pro implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in HCM system implementation, with at least 5 years focused on UKG Pro or similar systems
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams through complex HCM implementations
• Strong background in data conversions, system integrations, and configuring HR technology platforms
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, delivering on time and within budget
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
