Disclosing Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disclosing-Opening Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Disclosure-Opening team with daily activities and inquiries
• Train and mentor new employees while ensuring workflow meets service level agreements
• Act as a backup to the Disclosure-Opening Manager and communicate with associates regarding file clarifications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in a team lead or management role
• Proficiency in Encompass 360
• General knowledge of loan products and processes
• Strong organizational and project management skills
