Diversity Equity Inclusion Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager to champion DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) on programming, budgets, and engagement
- Conduct annual Diversity & Inclusion surveys and prepare reports, including leading town halls for employee Q&A
- Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a DEI role, with experience leading a DEI program preferred
- Proven experience collaborating with colleagues at all levels
- Experience analyzing data sets and preparing key findings
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of initiatives
