Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Administrator to manage and coordinate clinical patient contracts and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Track patient reports and contracts, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity standards
- Create and critically review documents for quality and compliance with established guidelines
- Collaborate with teams to resolve obstacles and improve document administration processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Three years or greater experience in proofreading and/or editing
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Medical transcription/terminology experience is desired
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
