Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Administrator to manage and coordinate clinical patient contracts and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track patient reports and contracts, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity standards
  • Create and critically review documents for quality and compliance with established guidelines
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve obstacles and improve document administration processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Three years or greater experience in proofreading and/or editing
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Medical transcription/terminology experience is desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
