- Providing outreach on routine cases to verify service connection
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related healthcare field and 1-3 years of experience; OR high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously
- US Citizenship and ability to pass background checks
