Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Engagement Specialist to support newly enrolled customers in a high-velocity onboarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and support customers during the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation of the product
  • Make 65+ outbound calls daily to drive early engagement and maximize customer retention
  • Coach customers on product basics and identify high-risk accounts for escalation as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience is a plus
