Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, EBS HR/Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR/Payroll legislative changes to determine impacts on the customer base
  • Design and develop business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
  • Create and execute test plans while supporting delivered solutions as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of EBS experience with HR/Payroll as primary duties
  • Subject Matter Expert in US HR/Payroll
  • Experience with year-end processes and payroll troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with federal and state payroll reporting requirements
  • Knowledge of Vertex and ADP software is a plus
