Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, EBS HR/Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze HR/Payroll legislative changes to determine impacts on the customer base
Design and develop business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
Create and execute test plans while supporting delivered solutions as needed

Required Qualifications

7+ years of EBS experience with HR/Payroll as primary duties
Subject Matter Expert in US HR/Payroll
Experience with year-end processes and payroll troubleshooting
Familiarity with federal and state payroll reporting requirements
Knowledge of Vertex and ADP software is a plus
