Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing customer service team to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and improve customer happiness while driving sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure smooth order processing and compliance with Amazon and Shopify policies
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in customer service and fulfillment, specifically with Amazon and Shopify
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with customer service tools like Re:amaze
- Strong analytical skills for measuring CSAT and conversion rates
- Highly organized with strong leadership abilities
