A company is looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Manager (Amazon & Shopify) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing customer service team to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and improve customer happiness while driving sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure smooth order processing and compliance with Amazon and Shopify policies


Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in customer service and fulfillment, specifically with Amazon and Shopify
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with customer service tools like Re:amaze
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring CSAT and conversion rates
  • Highly organized with strong leadership abilities
