EHR Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Specialist (Altera Sunrise & Paragon).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal subject matter expert for the Altera Sunrise and Paragon EHR systems
• Guide stakeholders in understanding system limitations, workflows, and impacts of changes across domains
• Collaborate with IT, clinical informatics, and vendor teams on system-related work and participate in relevant projects

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Altera Sunrise and/or Paragon EHR systems
• Technical background with an understanding of EHR architecture, data models, and integrations
• Experience supporting clinical workflows or working in clinical informatics is a strong plus
• Familiarity with healthcare IT project lifecycles and system change management
• Proactive, organized, and self-directed with troubleshooting abilities
