Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer (full-time, contract or perm).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain EHR documentation, including user guides and training materials for pharmaceutical clients
- Analyze and document EHR workflows related to pharmaceutical product usage in healthcare systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in EHR system workflows, particularly in clinical settings (3+ years)
- Strong technical writing background with experience in creating EHR documentation (5+ years)
- Understanding of back-end EHR system configurations and their impact on workflows (3+ years)
- Experience working with pharmaceutical clients or healthcare systems preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to health IT documentation
