Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Employee Relations or related HR roles
• Experience managing Employee Relations actions across a diverse workforce
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legal and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs
• Experience managing investigations and leading Employee Relations actions
