Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pricing & Structuring leader to develop and execute pricing strategies and optimize supplier relationships in the retail energy market.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor energy market trends and regulatory changes to inform pricing strategies
- Develop dynamic pricing models that balance customer savings with company margins
- Lead supplier pricing negotiations to secure competitive rates and improve commission structures
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail energy pricing, deal structuring, or energy market analytics
- Deep understanding of retail electricity markets and pricing structures
- Strong background in energy deal structuring and margin optimization
- Experience using Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and modeling
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in improving supplier pricing
