Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Center Rep 1 (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing information and resolving inquiries
  • Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and document interactions accurately
  • Identify emergent calls and escalate them to the appropriate staff for triaging or resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Graduate
  • Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer needs
  • No licensure or certification required
