• Experience as a startup-tested engineering leader with a track record of scaling systems and teams
• Hands-on coding ability and experience in making technical decisions
• Strong skills in designing scalable systems, particularly with AI/LLM-based solutions
• Decisive and adaptable, with the ability to maintain focus in fast-moving environments
• A passion for building user-centric products and enhancing user experience
