Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Engineering Manager, Frameworks to lead a team of software developers in designing and delivering a commercial CRM solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in .NET development and drive the team's technical decisions
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting their professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional user experiences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in .NET development, particularly with C# and ASP.NET
- At least 1 year of experience managing software engineering teams
- Experience architecting microservices and developing REST APIs
- Solid understanding of commercial software development and design patterns
