Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hospital ENT and Radiology AR Follow-up Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review outstanding ENT insurance balances to resolve issues preventing claim payment
- Analyze trend data to recommend solutions for improving denial rates and reducing AR age
- Understand payer contracts and ensure claims are processed correctly
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Hospital ENT AR and Medical Billing experience
- Experience with EMR systems: ModMed, CSPI, and Quadax
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and VA claims
- Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT codes, and denial codes
- Strong technology skills, particularly in Excel and data entry
