Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite executives and global teams to maximize customer value from the platform
- Collaborate with customers and account teams to create Success Plans, including regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions
- Mitigate churn through early risk identification and provide internal feedback on customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise SaaS products
- Proven experience as a trusted advisor guiding customer outcomes
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
- Experience using CRM tools like Gainsight or Salesforce
- Ability to balance a book of business in a customer-facing environment
