Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite executives and global teams to maximize customer value from the platform
  • Collaborate with customers and account teams to create Success Plans, including regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions
  • Mitigate churn through early risk identification and provide internal feedback on customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise SaaS products
  • Proven experience as a trusted advisor guiding customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
  • Experience using CRM tools like Gainsight or Salesforce
  • Ability to balance a book of business in a customer-facing environment
