Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Resource Supply Enablement Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to enhance vendor relationships and execute BPO strategies for enterprise effectiveness
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise capacity resourcing enablement processes
• Collaborate with LOB and Workforce Planning partners to develop optimal resource plans

Required Qualifications

• Experience in providing guidance and expertise for effective program and strategy implementation
• Ability to analyze RFP/contract language and incorporate requirements into project plans
• Experience in establishing and implementing service level agreements to monitor program performance
• Financial and operational expertise to analyze and measure resource enablement performance
• Experience ensuring financial return on resource lever investment
