Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate solutions for customers by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining a feedback loop for customer retention
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations
  • Triage, escalate, and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
  • Previous B2B support experience in SaaS and/or fintech
  • Project management experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with Zendesk support software is a plus
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
