Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate solutions for customers by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining a feedback loop for customer retention
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations
- Triage, escalate, and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
- Previous B2B support experience in SaaS and/or fintech
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with Zendesk support software is a plus
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
