Environmental Compliance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Compliance Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews of third-party environmental and asbestos investigation reports
• Provide environmental oversight for remodels and special projects, including risk assessments
• Manage environmental due diligence for new store acquisitions and developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Experience in environmental and/or real estate due diligence
• Strong knowledge of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• Proven experience in project management in an environmental or consulting setting
• Ability to multitask and manage environmental responsibilities across multiple projects simultaneously
