Job Summary
A company is looking for an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Epic Ambulatory module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic Ambulatory module to meet organizational needs
- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows
- Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support for Epic Ambulatory applications
Required Qualifications:
- Epic Ambulatory Certification (preferred or required depending on employer needs)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience working with Epic Ambulatory, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHRs), and healthcare IT systems
- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user training
