Epic Hospital Billing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant, Epic Hospital Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and design workflows to improve clients' billing processes in alignment with Epic's best practices
• Advise IT teams on configuring Epic's HB and HB Claims modules and support system configuration as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into Epic system solutions and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership position related to HB/HB Claims
• Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, particularly in hospital billing and claims processing
• Certification in Epic's Hospital Billing application is required; additional certification in Hospital Billing Claims is a plus
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to connect technical configurations with operational needs
