Job Summary

A company is looking for a LATAM ERP Solution Consultant, Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and defining success plans
• Guide customers in leveraging the platform based on best practices and technical knowledge
• Lead multiple implementation projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications and providing troubleshooting assistance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the software/tech industry
• Experience with customer onboardings for ERP systems like Netsuite or Acumatica
• Understanding of integrations with cloud systems using REST APIs
• Experience in configuring SaaS products, particularly in the eCommerce space
• Familiarity with order to cash flow processes and project management skills
