Job Summary
A company is looking for an Evaluation and Quality Assurance Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of evaluation methodologies for military courses and community reviews
- Design and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and track quality assurance metrics
- Engage with national accreditors to ensure compliance with academic quality assurance standards
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a Tier 3 (T3) background investigation
- Master's degree in a relevant field; Doctorate preferred
- 10+ years of experience in academic evaluation and quality assurance
- Experience supervising professional staff and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with regional accreditation standards and industry-standard accrediting organizations
