Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages full life cycle recruitment process including kick-off meetings, candidate research and development, interviews and offer stages
- Identifies, sources, and attracts high-level executive candidates through various channels such as networking, industry events, and online platforms
- Proactively champions diversity recruitment initiatives and collaborates with clients to foster diverse leadership within their organizations
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in recruitment, including 2 years of executive or management-level recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree equivalent to 4 years)
- Experience working in an executive search firm environment is highly preferred
- Experience working in healthcare is highly preferred
