Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Executive Resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer service issues from high-priority service channels and serve as the primary point of contact
  • De-escalate negative interactions by providing outstanding customer service and empathy
  • Coordinate resolution with care teams and manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience with social media management tools preferred
  • Patient-facing experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking candidates preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including Google Docs, Sheets, and social media tools/platforms
