Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst, Executive Resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer service issues from high-priority service channels and serve as the primary point of contact
- De-escalate negative interactions by providing outstanding customer service and empathy
- Coordinate resolution with care teams and manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience with social media management tools preferred
- Patient-facing experience preferred
- Spanish speaking candidates preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Google Docs, Sheets, and social media tools/platforms
